I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa. The rooms were spotless, beautifully arranged, and felt so peaceful the moment I walked in. The ambiance was calming and inviting, creating the perfect environment to fully relax. The staff provided exceptional service—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I made an appointment at Tranquil Spa and I’m so glad I did. I arrived shortly before the time of my appointment. The lady at the front desk was very kind and professional, although I was a bit early. She showed me to my room and a short time later a pleasant lady named Tiffany informed me she would be doing the massage for me. She was also very professional and asked massage questions and then she began. She was attentive and was able to solve the problems in my lower back and neck. I will definitely make this my go to for a massage when I’m in the Winter Park area

The place is newly renovated. Exceptionally clean and orderly. The main room . Is a very good size as shown on webpage. If you have never seem a star lite ceiling. You will here. It’s very relaxing and helps take the daily stress away. I do have some arthritis in my right shoulder.mild swelling in my ankles. She was able to apply . Just the rite amount of pressure. Through out the massage. Even worked on some kinks in my lower back. Also did some basic acupressure. So my range of motion would in crease.
I definitely be returning. To have more work done.

I had a very disappointing experience with Moonlight Lotus Massage. I called ahead and clearly asked for a one hour massage. The therapist agreed over the phone, so I drove about 20 minutes to the location.

When I arrived, she suddenly changed the appointment to only 30 minutes and claimed I had taken too long to get there. That made no sense because she knew I was driving over, and it only took me about 20 minutes. She also made an unnecessary comment about showering that felt rude and insulting. She barely spoke English it seems and just didn’t seem like a good person and so I just stopped filling out the paper midway and left. I do not want someone like her touching me. People who judge you based on how you were born are not that bright to me.

I cannot say for certain why her attitude changed once I arrived, but as a Black woman, the sudden shift in how I was treated made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Because she confirmed the hour appointment and then changed it after I arrived, I lost the remaining time I could have used to find another massage elsewhere.

This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time and gas. I would not recommend driving here unless your appointment length and arrival time are confirmed in writing. I arrived at 10:20 and on Google it says she closes at 12 on the building she has something that says 11 and then she verbally said she has to leave at 12. Too much confusion for me
